Part 2 continues the journey of self development, with a focus on the following key areas;
Discovering your secondary temperament
Heavily in demand, the 8 different profiles will be looked at in greater depth, comparing the differences between each sub-type, so you can be sure of your own temperament.
Character development II
Using the 4 virtues identified by Plato then further explored by Al Ghazzali, this module explores the wisdoms of such ancient greats and turns them into action plans for our own personal development.
Communication module
This module focuses on preferred language styles, exploring primary senses as well as modes of experience and learning, ultimately hearing and understanding ourselves.
Finding Your Balance
A core element in the journey of balancing our temperaments is understanding the impact of our nutritional diet. A growing number of requests and curiosity around this subject has created the perfect opportunity for us to provide an introduction to this dimension through this very exciting course.

Mental Pitfalls
You won’t be surprised to hear that the science of The Four Temperaments can tell us a great deal on how to navigate our states of mind. We unpack this knowledge from as early as the 9th century to the present day. This course will unravel and explore mental components, obstacles and other mental well being secrets from the likes of Al Balkhi to Myers Briggs respectively. We will explore concepts such as anger, anxiety, depression and addictions.
Balancing the Ties
"Knowing temperaments will do more work for relationships than counselling"
A special 5 week short course concentrating on the inner workings of our temperaments in relationships. Not simply limited to romantic relationships but also applied to family relationships as well as friendships. Conducted through 5 x 1.5 hour sessions.
Indicators in Relationships
Sometimes we are left confused, guessing, or simply at a loss trying to read between the lines with regards to relationships. This module explores the different perspectives each temperament seeks within a relationship and the universal principles when things are good or bad. Thus allowing us to deal with problems before they actually happen.
Optimising Relationships
Insecurities lead to a loss of love, trust and care. All of these are related to the core nature of a person. By understanding and addressing these, we can repair, restore and optimise our relationships like never before.
Love languages
The popular love languages can seem to change over time. Why is this so? And are there any constants we can understand to further love and be loved? According to the temperaments of course! This module will explore just that!
Foundations of Health
Have you wanted to get your health aligned and back on track, but don’t know where to start?
Our health course is everything needed for you to start your journey back to sound health. The topics covered are the basis of healing and the foundation of health, without which, health can significantly deteriorate within a small time frame.
